PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cable from being entangled around a different reel by providing a turning plate to be turned in the only opposite direction in a large reel and a small reel, rotating any one of the reels in the rotary shaft rotating direction to eliminate simultaneous rotation of the reels. SOLUTION: This cable drum is provided with the large reel 4 and the small reel 10 in the rotary shaft 5 rotatably provided in a reel holding frame 1, the turning plates 51 and 70 to be turned in the only opposite direction to each other, and a pair of pins 5A and 5B in the rotary shaft.
