PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an upper part of a modesty panel to be opened by a simple structure without having a complicated and opening/closing mechanism in the modesty panel, which is provided with a housing part for housing objects such as wiring on the back of the modesty panel for the table. SOLUTION: In the modesty panel 10 provided on the bottom of the top plate 5 of the table 1, a core 11 is covered with a flexible covering material 22 and keeps the upper part of the covering material 22 partly deformable breadthwise in an inside/outside direction.
