PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a PET-CT apparatus in which a gantry for PET and a gantry for X-ray CT are juxtaposed to share a common bed, wherein the maintenance is difficult in parts of the gantries facing each other and the X-ray CT gantry has to be moved after the bed is moved by a crane, etc. because the space between the gantries is very small. SOLUTION: When the gantry 2 for X-ray CT has to be moved for the maintenance, a handle 7 of a caster 12 with a jacking mechanism, which is attached to the bed 1 and which consists of the handle 7, a screw rod 8, a caster 9 and a fixture 11, is rotated, and the caster 9 is lowered to be brought into contact with a floor. After that, the handle 7 is further rotated to separate the bed 1 from the floor and the bed 1 is moved by the caster 9, so that the space for moving the gantry 2 for X-ray CT can be secured.
