PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module package for the blood purification which suppresses the quality change of a hollow fiber membrane material filled in the module for the blood purification to enable the sterilization processing in a radiosterilization method, hardly has any elution from the membrane and is excellent in the stability for a long term storage and in the expression of the water permeability at the time of priming, and its sterilization method. SOLUTION: The module package which is filled with a permselective hollow fiber membrane bundle including the inactive gas-saturated water of 5 mass% or more to the own weight of the hollow fiber membrane is exposed to the radiation and the generation of hydrogen peroxide is suppressed to be 10 ppm as the maximum in every region of the hollow fiber membrane bundle.
