<p>In vitro production of vessels, vessel dressings or hollow organs and also construction of the required culturing form includes two steps of colonizing a biodegradable or permanent carrier having positive and negative forms favoring liquid flowthrough, as well as a bonding and other steps. In vitro production of vessels, vessel dressings or hollow organs and also construction of the required culturing form includes (a) forming a biodegradable or permanent carrier with positive and negative forms favoring liquid flowthrough; (b) colonizing the carrier with united cell structures in the culture forms; (c) bonding the carrier (13) in the zone of the mandrel retaining ring (17) or bead ring (18) such that an additional anchoring of the culture needle is achieved over the mandrel (17); (d) again colonizing the carrier with united cell structures in the culture forms; (e) providing the cells over the formed vessels in the culture forms as well as over additional structures in the forms; and (f) optionally providing with one or more culture medium circular flows capable of a one-off control.</p> |
