Track-guided transport system comprises a rail system and transport vehicles guided on this rail system. Each transport vehicle is equipped at its front and rear ends with sensors (1-6) for detecting optical, acoustic, temperature and acceleration information. The sensors are connected to a control computer arranged in the transport vehicle and interact with active and passive signal transmitters in the rail system. - Preferred Features: The sensors can consist of ultrasonic sensors, laser scanners, infra-red sensors, acceleration sensors, image-forming sensors and microphones. |
