NOVEL ADENOSINE DERIVATIVE AND ITS SALT, PROCESS FOR PREPARATION, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME AND USE THEREOF

A novel adenosine derivative and its salt, a process for preparation thereof, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same compound and use thereof are provided to increase production of actinorhodin in Actinomyces including Streptomyces coelicolor present around plants, so that insects around plants are controlled. The adenosine derivative represented by the formula(1) and its salt are provided. The process for preparing the adenosine derivative represented by the formula(1) and its salt comprises the steps of: (1) preparing compounds of the formula(2); (2) preparing compounds of the formula(3); (3) removing a protecting group of nucleoside to prepare compounds of the formula(4); and (4) acetylating the compounds of the formula(4). The pharmaceutical composition comprises the adenosine derivative represented by the formula(1) and its salt as effective ingredients.
