A blower unit for a car air conditioning system is provided to effectively prevent whistle noise generated by a small opening. A blower unit for a car air conditioning system includes an air intake duct(10), a pair of first and second intake doors(14,15), and a sealing rod(17). The air intake duct has inner air inlet ports(12) and an outer air inlet port(11) formed on a scroll case in which a blower fan is installed. The pair of first and second intake doors selectively open/close the inner air inlet ports and the outer air inlet port. The sealing rod is installed in a width direction of the pair of intake doors. The pair of intake doors have different length. A blocking member(20) projects from the second intake door to block the air introduced into a space between the door and the sealing rod.
