A scanning optical lens for a light scanning apparatus is provided to minimize the number of parts and cost and time for manufacturing by adding a reflective function of changing the traveling path of incident light. A scanning optical lens includes an incident surface receiving light deflected by a beam deflector, at least one reflective surface(43) reflecting the incident light, and an outgoing surface through which the reflected light goes out. The reflective surface is formed in such a way that optical axes of incident light and outgoing light are substantially perpendicular to the scanning optical lens. The reflective surface is formed by coating the outer surface of a transparent body with metal.
