<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set, in connection of communication terminals, an SSID, an encryption key, a radio parameter or the like of each terminal every time the terminal connected is changed. <P>SOLUTION: Each communication terminal preliminarily stores an equipment capability attribute related to setting of a communication parameter and providing attribute information showing whether the terminal is capable of providing the communication parameter to other terminals or not, and a communication terminal in which at least communication parameter providing capability is set in the equipment capability attribute is selected as providing equipment (S1108). When there are a plurality of communication terminals having the communication parameter providing capability set in the equipment capability attribute, a communication terminal in which only the communication parameter providing capability is set in the equipment capability attribute is preferentially selected.
