<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a productivity management device for managing productivity while taking ability of a worker into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: This productivity management device has a process load information storage part 12 for storing process load information indicating a received working amount, a worker standard working hours information storage part 13 for storing a standard working hours in every worker required in treatment by the worker, and a productivity management part 14 for calculating a required time until finishing work when the received work is treated by the worker, based on the process load information stored in the process load information storage part and the standard working hours stored in the worker standard working hours information storage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
