<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio IC tag having large directivity, a communication distance which does not decrease even if used for metal or an object containing moisture, and high flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: An electric conduction object for radiation 2 is formed throughout the front surface of a dielectric 1 of a foaming material which is composed of synthetic resin, and a rear electric conduction object 4 is formed throughout the rear face of the dielectric 1. Moreover, an IC chip 3 is carried on the electric conduction object for radiation 2 to the front surface side. In addition, a consecutive hook-shape slit 3a is formed on the electric conduction object for radiation 2 where the IC chip 3 is carried. The electric conduction object for radiation 2 and the rear electric conduction object 4 have the same sizes, or the size of the rear electric conduction object 4 is made smaller than twice the size of the electric conduction object for radiation 2. Since the directivity of both sides direction shows that radio field intensity radiated from the electric conduction object for radiation 2, and the radio field intensity radiated from the rear electric conduction object 4 become almost the same by making it serve as a micro strip antenna of such configuration, a radio IC tag with large directivity can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
