<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film suitable for a liquid crystal display capable of obtaining neutral display free from coloring in all azimuths, to provide a liquid crystal panel using the optical film, and to provide a liquid crystal display using the liquid crystal panel. <P>SOLUTION: The optical film includes a transparent protective film, a polarizer, and a double refraction layer having a relation of nx>ny=nz and positive uniaxial properties in this order and the polarizer and the double refraction layer are directly layered across a binder or an adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
