PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce working hours in manufacture, and to facilitate the disassembly of a power terminal member and a substrate. SOLUTION: There are provided a case body 110 to which an object to be charged can be installed freely; the substrate 120 provided inside the case body 110; a fixing section for fixing the substrate 120 to the case body 110; and the power terminal member 140, where one end side is connected to the first land 122 of the substrate 120 and the other end side can be brought into contact with the charging terminal of the object to be charged through a hole 112 formed at the case body 110. At one end side of the power terminal member 140, a clamping section is formed which is clamped by the substrate 120 and the case body 110 when the substrate 120 is fixed to the case body 110 by a fixing section.
