CORE FOR MAKING LIPPED DENTITION MODEL AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME AND LIPPED DENTITION MODEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for making a lipped dentition model which can realistically reproduce a human mouth.

SOLUTION: A temporary model in which upper and lower dentition and lips in a biting condition of a specified individual are made from separate impression molds is molded from a silicon rubber by using a split mold made by suitably combining an upper jaw dentition, a lower jaw dentition, an upper jaw baseplate, a lower jaw baseplate, an upper lip, and a lower one. The upper jaw dentition and the lower jaw dentition are made of an injectable resin or artificial teeth. Furthermore, split molds for the upper jaw baseplate and the lower jaw baseplate are made of the injection type resin. Still furthermore, split molds for the upper jaw baseplate, an upper jaw lip connection and the lower jaw baseplate, a lower jaw lip connection are made of the injectable resin. Split molds for the upper lip and the lower lip are made of an elastic resin or a rubber. Three impression molds are made for the upper and lower jaw dentition and the lips in a biting condition.
