PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styrenic resin excellent in heat resistance, melt stability and recyclability. SOLUTION: The heat-resistant styrenic resin composition consists of (I) a styrenic copolymer, which is a copolymer containing an isopropenyl aromatic unit represented by formula (1) and a vinyl aromatic unit represented by formula (2), in which the content (A) of the isopropenyl aromatic unit is 5-70 (wt.%) and in which the ratio (Mz/Mw) of the Z average mol.wt. (Mz) to the weight average mol.wt. (Mw) of the copolymer is 1.4-3.0, and (II) a styrenic resin other than the above styrenic copolymer (I) and having a styrenic monomer unit.
