PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to oscillate at a high frequency in a conventional piezoelectric oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric oscillation circuit is provided with an amplification part G1 including cascade-connected invertible amplifiers A1-A3 in three stages, the input end and the output end of the amplification part G1 are connected through a piezoelectric vibrator X, a first capacitive reactance element Cg is connected between one end of the piezoelectric vibrator X and a grounding potential, and a second capacitive reactance element Cd is connected between the other end of the piezoelectric vibrator X and the grounding potential. In the piezoelectric oscillation circuit, impedance elements R11 and R12 are respectively connected between the output ends of the invertible amplifiers A1 and A2 excluding the final stage among the invertible amplifiers A1-A3 in three stages and the grounding potential.
