PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a magnetic circuit capable of easily forming the magnetic circuit composed of a ferromagnetic substance at a low cost without requiring complicate machining and molding or the like even when the magnetic circuit having a complicate shape is constituted. SOLUTION: When the magnetic circuit for an electromagnetic machine device is formed, ferromagnetic-substance powder/pieces 2 are mixed into a liquid material 1, and a magnetic field is generated in the liquid material 1 not coagulated in which the ferromagnetic-substance powder/pieces 2 are mixed during molding or a coagulation process. A part or the whole of the magnetic circuit are formed by moving and collecting the ferromagnetic-substance powder/pieces 2 in a region generating a magnetic fluxϕby a magnetomotive force from the magnetic field in this case.
