PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor where a conductive polymer compound layer can be formed simply and quickly, and it can be expected that process capability, such as ESR (equivalent series resistance) characteristics and LC ones, is improved since it is expected that a conductive compound layer is formed homogeneously and stably, and to provide a manufacturing method of the solid electrolytic capacitor. SOLUTION: In the solid electrolytic capacitor, the conductive polymer compound layer 3 contains the conductive compound layer dried after a conductive polymer compound solution is applied, or immersed for formation.
