PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film which is excellent in handling a film filled with a conductive material and can prevent the conductive material from falling off, falling out, and the like when a separator is torn off. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive film comprises a partially crosslinked film which has a number of non-through-holes across a definite area of which crosslinks are formed from the non-through-hole formation side to the film thickness direction, and which is made of a crosslinked polymer; a conductive material with which the non-through-hole is filled; and adhesive layers with which both surfaces of the partially crosslinked film are covered. Preferably, the crosslinks are formed with a density gradation from high to low from the non-through-hole formation side to the film thickness direction. More preferably, the partially crosslinked film is formed by irradiation with an energy beam from the non-through-hole formation side to a precursor film made of the crosslinked polymer having a number of the non-through-holes. The precursor film is formed of a support substrate under a relative humidity of 50% or more, with an organic solvent with hydrophobicity and volatility, and a polymer solution containing a crosslinked polymer soluble in the organic solvent and anphipathic material.
