PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monitoring control system for reducing load of data processing of a data acquisition device and making equivalence of data input without fail between server devices consisting of a dual system. SOLUTION: The data acquisition device 3, after gathering online data from a control device 4, firstly transmits the online data to a normal server 1 and holds the online data in a transmission data buffer 31. Next, the normal server device 1 transmits the online data to a standby server deice 2. When communication is reactivated after being interrupted, the data acquisition device 3 firstly retransmits the online data stored in the transmission data buffer 31, transmits the online data newly gathered through the control device 4 to the normal server device 1, while the normal server device 1 leaves off overlap of the online data with an overlap data nullifying means 15.
