PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding door device capable of independently opening a master door when an emergency matter occurs in a folding door connecting the master door and a slave door to each other through a joint in a foldable manner. SOLUTION: The master door 1 and the slave door 2 are connected to each other through the joint 3 in a foldable manner, the slave door 2 is pivoted on a vertical sash bar side of a frame body and, at the same time, a sash hanger 10 sliding by freely fitting to an upper rail 11 of the upper part of a frontage is provided. A bracket 14 is connected to the upper end section of the master door 1 through a screw pin 16, and the lower end of a hang bolt 13 extended downward from the sash hanger 10 is connected and fixed to the bracket 14.
