PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition having a low haze, excellent transparency, low transmission of solar radiation and sufficient heat radiation-shielding function, further having excellent mechanical strength and heat stability in molten state, and suitable for a window glass for a general building, a window glass for a car, or the like; and to provide a molded article obtained by using the composition and having the heat radiation-shielding ability. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition comprises (a) 0.0001-5 pts.wt. boride fine particles of at least one kind of metals selected from the group consisting of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Y, Sm, Eu, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Sr and Ca, and (b) 0.001-3 pts.wt. low-molecular compound having one or more kinds of functional groups selected from a hydroxy group and a carboxy group in the molecule based on 100 pts.wt. aromatic polycarbonate resin.
