PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll container for a long-sized film which has high strength and can be used repeatedly, is of assembled type of which the storage and the recovery are easy which has no risk, especially of externally damaging the content in the inside. SOLUTION: On the bottom plate of this container made of metal or resin, an undulating roll support plate is provided directly, and in the same manner, on the bottom plate of the container, an angle for supporting the wall surface body is provided directly. On the angle, two pairs of four surfaces, of the wall surface bodies made of a resin are erected sequentially, and a lid is placed from the top, and a box-like body can be formed. At the same time, at recovery, the roll support plate is toppled, the wall surface bodies made of the resin are placed on the top of the roll supporting plate, and the lid is placed from the top, to make them compact, and in either case of carrying or recovery, this roll container for the long-sized film can be stacked in multiple stages.
