PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the measurement of data of the degree of exercising, consumption calories and the like generated by human actions. SOLUTION: A unit for measuring human exercising and actions and a unit for displaying them are separated and the measuring unit is mounted near the Achillis tendon at the ankles of a user to measure exercising and actions. The difference is identified with the device in the way of walking, the state of the ground surface (flat land, uphill and downhill) and exercising to obtain information data for the degree of exercising.
