PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed and stable eye fitting supply mechanism in an eye fitting sewing machine. SOLUTION: The eye fitting supply mechanism comprises: an eye takeout plate 1 for taking out an eye fitting E from a chute 43; an eye feed plate 2 for receiving the eye fitting E from the eye takeout plate 1 and feeding it to a sewing part 82; and an eye pressing plate 3 for pressing the eye fitting E downwards at an eye delivery part 26 where the respective eye fitting catching parts 11 and 12 of the eye takeout plate 1 and the eye feed plate 2 merge vertically. The eye takeout plate 1 takes out the eye fitting E from the chute 43 and sends it to the eye delivery part 26 while feeding the eye fitting E at the sewing part 82 by the eye feed plate 2, the eye fitting catching part 12 merges with the eye fitting catching part 11 of the eye takeout plate 1 at the eye delivery part 26, and thus the eye fitting E is delivered from the eye fitting catching part 11 to the eye fitting catching part 12 by the eye pressing plate 3.
