The current carrying portions (53) have electrode films (54) formed in extension direction (X) of resistor (56) so that the electrode films electrically contact with the top exposure portions (52a) of metal pins (52). The resistor is electrically connected with each electrode film at exposed portion (54a), which is not covered by insulation film (55). An independent claim is also included for variable resistor.
