<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulent unsealing of a hinge cap, and to facilitate its complicated assembling work of hinge cap. <P>SOLUTION: The hinge cap 100 is equipped with: a stopper 110 which is fitted into the mouth part of a container and allows contents in the container to be spouted through a spout 113; and a protective cover 120 which covers the spout 113 of the stopper 110. The protective cover 120 is composed of hinge lids (121 to 125) which are connected to the stopper 110 via a hinge 122 and open/close the spout 113, a fixing portion 127 which is fitted and fixed to the base 111 of the stopper 110 as the cover 120 is closed down, and a band portion 126 which can be broken and eliminated integrally between the fixing portion 127 and the hinge lids (121 to 125). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
