<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay fusion bonding detecting device which can detect the fusion bonding of a relay of at least one of both the relays before both the relays in which a pair of electric power lines for connecting a secondary battery to a load are fusion bonded. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage between the electric power line 4 and the electric power line 5 is detected by a voltage detection section 8 between main relays R1, R2 and an inverter 2. When ON instructions are outputted to the main relays R1, R2 so as to connect a battery 1 and the inverter 2 electrically, the main relay R1 of the main relays R1, R2 is made to detect the voltage by the voltage detection section 8, furthermore ON instructions are outputted to the other main relay R2 after that. At that time, when the terminal voltage values (for example, the terminal voltage of the battery 1) are detected by the voltage detection section 8, it is judged that the main relay R2 is fusion bonded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
