<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic pipe column base part structure capable of improving durability of a metallic pipe column, by preventing generation of a crack based on fatigue, by relieving stress concentration generated in the vicinity of a vertical rib arranged in a base part of the metallic pipe column. <P>SOLUTION: This metallic pipe column base part structure is characterized by having the metallic pipe column, a covering support pipe fitted in a lower part of the metallic pipe column and hooking and holding the metallic pipe column, the vertical rib of at least four places or more arranged in the circumferential direction of an outside surface of the covering support pipe, and a baseplate fixed by respectively placing the vertical rib and a lower end part of the metallic pipe column and having the required number of anchor installing holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
