<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a NO<SB>X</SB>/PM purification catalyst which hardly causes catalytic deterioration even when being exposed to a high temperature, can stably reduce NO<SB>X</SB>(nitrogen oxides) in a wide temperature range and can efficiently burn PM (particulate) even at a low temperature, and a NO<SB>X</SB>/PM purification material. <P>SOLUTION: The NO<SB>X</SB>/PM purification catalyst contains a sulfate including at least one kind selected from Li, Na, K, Rb and Cs, a noble metal including at least one kind selected from Pt, Pd, Rh and Ru, an oxide including at least one kind selected from La and Ce and an oxide including at least one kind selected from Si, Ti, Al and Zr. The NO<SB>X</SB>/PM purification catalyst is carried on a three-dimensional structure having heat resistance and the obtained three-dimensional structure is installed in an exhaust path of engine etc. of automobile, thereby reducing the NO<SB>X</SB>and PM simultaneously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
