TRANSPARENT ELECTRODE, DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL HAVING IT AND DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode providing large energy conversion efficiency when used for a counter electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell, to provide a dye-sensitized solar cell having translucency as a whole and having large energy conversion efficiency, and also to provide a dye-sensitized solar cell module.

SOLUTION: This transparent electrode contains transparent conductive metal oxide particles and catalyst particles containing a transition metal. This dye-sensitized solar cell 100 is provided with: a transparent substrate 1; transparent conductive films 2a and 2b formed on the transparent substrate 1; and a solar cell 40 formed on the transparent conductive films 2a and 2b. The sollar cell 40 is composed by stacking: a light reception electrode 3 containing a sensitizing dye and an oxide semiconductor and electrically connected to the transparent conductive film 2a; a separator 4; and a counter electrode 8 electrically connected to the transparent conductive film 2b, in this order. The counter electrode 8 has the transparent electrode.
