<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of connecting a flexible shielding member at an end part of a shielding pipe and reinforcing a waterproof property without the existence of other members at an outer periphery of the pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The shielded conductive path Wa is provided with a metal shielding pipe 10, a cylindrical flexible shielding member 20 connected to an end part of shielding pipe 10, and wires 30 shielded by being inserted into the shielding pipe 10 and the flexible shielding member 20.
