<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness cable routing structure in which a panel and a grommet can be brought into tight contact without increasing the number of components even if the grommet is fixed while held between the panel and a trim, and the article number of grommet can be prevented from increasing. <P>SOLUTION: The harness cable routing structure 1 performs cable routing of a wire harness 3 across the body and a door 2. The door 2 is provided with a door panel 6 and a door trim 7. The harness cable routing structure 1 is provided with a grommet 10 and a clamping portion 14. The grommet 10 is provided with a corrugate tube 19 having a crest 21a.
