PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-dispensing device capable of controlling in real time the volume of each one drop of discharged droplets, using a simple device constitution. SOLUTION: This liquid dispensing device in a system for flying droplets from the nozzle tip comprises a pump for generating back pressure, a pressure sensor for detecting the change in the back pressure, a valve openable/closable at a high speed, and a nozzle installed on the tip of the valve. The liquid-dispensing device is characterized as follows: the pump, the pressure sensor and the high-speed valve are connected together by a common pipe; change in the back pressure generated by flying of the droplet from the nozzle is detected by the pressure sensor; and a control mechanism for driving the pump so as to acquire back pressure value set beforehand, by performing feedback of the back pressure change is provided.
