<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component unit in which a lead wire has no possibility of contacting a sealing member while maintaining miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component unit 1 is configured in such a way that the external periphery of a lid 3 is joined to a base 2 by the sealing member 4 containing no metal. An element 6 to be covered with the lid 3 is provided on the base 2, and the element 6 is electrically connected to a conductive pattern 7 piercing through the inside and outside of the base 2 by the lead wire 5. A concave portion 20 is formed inside the sealing member 4 on the base 2, and a connection between the conductive pattern 7 and the lead wire 5 is positioned in the concave portion 20. Also, the lid 3 is provided with a concave portion 30 opposing the concave portion 20 on the base 2, and the lid 3 and the base 2 are each formed of ceramic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
