<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko machine with a novel structure, capable of executing various kinds of presentation display while making a player conscious of the relation with three patterns used in the announcement of the result of a lottery. <P>SOLUTION: A first character 210 is displayed as correlated to a group 214 of a third symbol 40, then, approximately whole of the display screen 36 of a presentation display device 34 is covered with a second character 216. After that, the second character 216 is gradually erased so that the first character 216 is visible. If the first character 216 is displayed with the third symbol 40 and the third character 218, it is announced to the player that the result of the lottery executed by a profit providing lottery means S35 is to provide a profit for the player.
