PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling pipe which can securely perform connection of adjacent unit pipes, and can reduce manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: The filling pipe is provided with an outer pipe 11 and at least two inner pipes 12 which are provided within the outer pipe 11 in parallel in an axial direction, and is formed by connecting unit pipes 10 of a porous pipe structure for transferring various fluids. Then adaptors 13, 14 are attached to both ends of the inner pipes 12, and the inner pipes 12 are engaged and inserted to the adaptors 13, 14. Then the adaptors 13, 14 are pivoted with flexible rotation by bearings 13, 14 attached to the inner circumference of the outer pipe 11. The connection of the inner pipes 12 of the adjacent unit pipe 10 is a spigot joint, and the connection of the outer pipe 11 of the adjacent unit pipe 10 is a screwed joint.
