PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic that is used for a face pack in gel, has a layer of an exothermic composition, is heated to a temperature suitable for application to the skin in a short time by bringing the exothermic composition into contact with oxygen in air and by continuing the temperature suitable for application to the skin during a use time of the pack cosmetic. SOLUTION: The sheetlike pack cosmetic comprises a pouched part having an air-permeable side and an air-impermeable side, a substrate layer for gel formed on the external surface of the air-impermeable side and a gel layer formed on the substrate layer for gel. The exothermic composition is sealed in the pouched part. The air permeability of the air-permeable side is 300-2,300g/m<SP>2</SP>×24 hours measured by a Lyssy method (40°C, 90%RH). The temperature of the gel layer reaches≥38°C within 10 minutes and then the temperature of 38-45°C is kept for≥20 minutes measured by a temperature measurement method on the basis of JIS S 4100.
