PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making grip capable of extremely firmly mounting and fixing a plate on it at low cost under a simple mounting method by constituting an inserting rod provided on the plate to be engaged and fixed by inserting it in a resin circulating hole by using the resin circulating hole as a mounting hole by taking notice of the resin circulating hole to mold resin on front and back of an inner piece. SOLUTION: This grip is constituted so as to be able to fit a grip main body A having the inner piece 2 covered with resin on a mounting portion 4, by attaching a plate 21 on a surface of this grip main body A and by inserting, engaging and fixing the plate 21by providing the resin circulating hole 12 in which the resin on the front and the back to mold the resin on the front surface and the back surface of the inner piece 2 is communicated to and integrated with each other on the inner piece 2, providing an inserting rod 22 to insert into this resin circulating hole 12 on the plate 21 and inserting the inserting rod 22 into the resin communicating hole 12.
