PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the manufacturing time for manufacturing a resin molded article such as a mobile phone case which follows the fashion but does not show a big change in overall dimensions. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a molding apparatus 1 comprising a fixed mold 21 and a movable mold 22 both being closed to form a product cavity 14 between them when being closed, wherein a plurality of valve gates 15 are arranged in the fixed mold 21, a valve body 5 including a valve pin 3 is standardized and is manufactured in advance with excluding work of attaching the valve body 5 including the valve pin 3 to the fixed mold 21, and when the size and shape of the product are decided, the valve body 5 including the valve pin 3 is attached to the fixed mold 21.
