PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the change of the phase between a printing part and a working part and a printing failure from developing in a printing machine equipped with the printing part and the working part in succession. SOLUTION: This printing machine is equipped with the printing part 3 for applying offset printing on a sheet, a working part 4 equipped with a rotary die 18 for applying die cutting to the sheet printed at the printing part 3, a first motor 33 for driving an impression cylinder or the like in the printing part 3, a second motor 37 for driving the rotary die 18 or the like in the working part 4 and a controller 41 for synchronously controlling the driving of the first motor 33 and of the second motor 37.
