PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by shortening a manufacturing process by performing piercing and deburring at the same time in the state where a work is appropriately positioned and held. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a punch 38, a work pressing die 40 for positioning and holding the work 28 placed on the placing surface 30 of a lower die 18 and a die 42 for positioning and cutting burr with which the positional deviation in the peripheral direction of the work is corrected and also an outer burr 60 generated on the outer periphery between the tooth forms of the work 28 is removed and the inner burr 22 and the outer burr 60 of the work 28 are removed at the same time by integral lowering motion of the punch 38 and the die 42 for positioning and cutting the burr in the state where the work 28 is positioned and held with the work pressing die 40.
