PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member for easily fixing a connection structure formed by connecting a pair of tubular members by a connector, onto a slope of a waste disposal site. SOLUTION: The fixing member 10 which has a first part 2 having an opening 6 for inserting the tubular member 20, and a second part 4 to be attached to the slope, and can be bent between the first and second parts 2, 4, is used. The second part 4 of the fixing member is attached to a given part of the slope 22 and bent along a line f between the first and second parts 2, 4, the tubular member 20 is inserted into an opening 6 of the fixing member, thereby fixing the connection structure formed by connecting the tubular member 20 to the given slope 22.
