Another example of a cement composition is a cement composition comprising: water, a cementitious component consisting essentially of: hydrated lime, and silica; and a set retarder. Another example of a cement composition is a cement composition comprising: water, a cementitious component consisting essentially of: hydrated lime, and silica; and a fluid loss control additive.
