The valve has a discharge nozzle, and a press-stud plug including a lower part fastened at the nozzle and an upper part movable by a press-stud mechanism. The upper art carries a sealing cap. A retaining and guiding stage distant from the centre body of the lower part tapers against a flowing direction of water, such that the stage includes only a blade edge resting in a slit. The slit is formed or fastened at the upper part, so that during raising and lowering movement of the plug, the blade moves into the slit.
