A fixing device of an electric insulator for supporting a jumper wire is provided to safely supply power to respective power receivers by preventing the jumper wire from being contacted with an electrical pole due to wind power. A fixing device of an electric insulator for supporting a jumper wire includes an insulation rubber tube(40), an octagonal body portion(10), a fixing mount(20), and a foldable fixing portion(30). A lower portion of the insulation rubber tube is opened and applied on an upper end of an electric pole. An inner periphery of the octagonal body portion is circular, while an outer periphery thereof is an octagonal column. Surfaces with different sizes form the octagonal column. Plural fixing holes are formed on the bigger surface. One end of the fixing mount is axis-coupled with a shaft hole of the octagonal body portion, while the other end thereof includes a fixing plate fixed on an arm steel. A ring portion, which encloses the outer periphery of the octagonal body portion, is included in the foldable fixing portion. A lower portion of a fixing tool, which is held by the ring portion, is fixed on the fixed hole by using a fixing bolt.
