<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell assembly which discharges little heat from inside of a housing and can be fixed firmly. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell assembly 1 comprises a housing 10, fuel cells 42 prepared in the housing, gas supplying pipes 31a for leading gas from the outside of the housing to the inside and is fixed on a mount 2 placed outside the housing.
