<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to optimization of maintenance management work by objectively determining necessity of a review with respect to the maintenance management work or data therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A server part 10 comprised of a plurality of servers S carries out data communication with a plurality of clients C via a network part N. The plant maintenance management support device 100 composed in the server part 10 has an arithmetic operation part 110, an input and output part 120, a storing part 130, and a communication part 140. In the arithmetic operation part 110, a request receiving part 111 receives various types of requests from the clients C. A review necessity determining part 112 carries out numerical calculation according to an evaluation request from the client C, and it determines the necessity of a review with respect to maintenance management work from a calculation result. A review recommendation notifying part 113 notifies a "recommendation for a review" to the client C having sent the request when a determination result for a review is "review needed".
