<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document management device, an electronic document management method and an electronic document management program, capable of preventing increase of a data amount of document information. <P>SOLUTION: In this electronic document management device, an application acquisition part 101 acquires a registration application, an application authentication part 121 authenticates an applicant, a signature information generation part 123 generates signature information when the applicant is authenticated, a temporary license information generation part 105 generates temporary license information, a time information generation part 119 generates time information for authenticating time when the registration application is acquired, a document database 2000 holds the registration application, the signature information, the temporary license information, and the time information, an approval part 127 approves registration of the temporary license information on the basis of the signature information and the registration application by an instruction from an approver, a license information update part 1332 replaces the temporary license information with actual license information when the temporary information is approved, and a log information generation part 117 adds time when the temporary license information is approved to log information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
